PTC = Pasional Tango Club Vienna
Registration/Cours and Workshops payment
Registrations to our workshops, courses and private lessons per email, phone, or directly in PTC are binding.
The trimester is to be paid on the first day of course directly in Pasional Tango Club Vienna.
Workshops and private lessons have to be paid before the beginning of the workshop/ private lesson directly in PTC.
No partial payments will be accepted.
If you cancel your inscription up to 4 days prior the beginning of the course there will be no cancellation fee, if you cancel any later or do not show up you will have to pay the whole amount of the course anyway.
There will be no make-up classes or financial reimbursement if you miss classes, drop out or sign-up late.
If your partner decides to quit during the trimester, you will be in charge of finding a new partner. In case of not finding a new partner on time, you will be able to use your pro-rated paid inscription the following trimester provided you sign-up with a partner.
Private lessons and Coaching
Private Session have to be canceled/ postponed min. 24hs prior to the arranged time, PTC will otherwise charge the whole amount anyway.
Participation and procedure
To offer the best quality to our clients there is a minimum number (6 couples) and a maximum number (20 couples) of participants for each class/ course / workshop. PTC keeps the privilege to cancel, postpone, change or lay together any course/ event/ workshop/ practica etc.
If you miss a class during the course-period you can only make it up during the very same course-period if there is a parallel course of the same level and only if agreed upon with PTC.
There will be no make-up classes or financial reimbursement if you miss classes, drop out early, sign-up after course-start, illness, absence due to to your work schedule, work-trips etc.
Responsabilities
PTC does not take any responsibilities for stolen or lost goods, accidents and any other damages etc. Any insurance is up to PTC clients and -members themselves.
